Kilna Guest House has been welcoming guests for over 35 years. Kilna House is a Cornish country house, standing in 12 acres of land including woodlands which are open to guests.

Kilna Guest House offers comfortable home-from-home accommodation within the characterful Cornish county house. There are 2 family rooms, 2 double rooms and 1single bedrooms and are all en-suite except one single room which has its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are non-smoking

Each room has free view television, tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer. The surrounding gardens are open to all guests, you can wonder around the lawn, take a seat under the gazebo or even make use of the barbeque that is available to everyone. The breakfast is served in the very quaint dining room, which has kept all of its character over the years with its wood-burner fire place

The lounge room is available to all guests, , the room provides plenty of seating television with free view, an electric keyboard and various books to read. Kilna Guest House is situated near the Conwall/Devon border and a quarter mile from the village of Tideford where the local pub has an excellent reputation for good local food. Saltash is the nearest town and adjoins Plymouth by the Tamar and Brunel bridges

The property stands in 12 acres of land. By the side of the house is a pretty country lane with a circular walk into the village.
