This would be the ideal location to retreat to an environment full of fresh-air from the surrounding greenery, and to enjoy a quick break so you can relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, as well as the friendly locals. Attractions: Here you will find just some of the local attractions available in and around our area: Beatrix Potter Exhibition, The old Laundry Theatre, Windermere town centre (populated with lovely shops and cafe's), Motor Museum, as well has taking up the opportunity to enjoy some of the area's lovely surroundings, by taking pleasant walks, for all ages to experience, in and around the local surrounding area

Arrangements can be made direct with us to rearrange any arrival times, check out times are not negotiable, bags can be left for a short time on check out day subject to prior arrangement with the owners. Turn left into Windermere follow the one way system to the end of the shopstake the 2nd turning lon the left after the pedestrian lights into Ellerthwaite Road Ellerthwaite Lodge is on the corner. Turn left again into Holly Road. Holly-Wood Guest house is on the right at the end of the road before the crossroads. Car Parking can be found at the rear of the property.
