This delightful 18 bedroomed non smoking Bed & Breakfast is perfectly located within Ambleside between the shops and lake Windermere, a short stroll to either.
Plenty of private parking.
Breakfast is served 8.30 to 9.30am from an extensive menu of locally sourced products and home baked goods.
An extensive bar is open all day also serving cappuccinos, espresso etc and light snacks.
The hotel currently has a 4 Star Highly Commended rating from the AA plus an egg cup breakfast award & 4 Star Silver Award from Visit Britain.
Individually decorated bedrooms, all en-suite and equipped to a high standard, some with spa baths, balconies or four poster.
