Probably more important than any of the many tangible qualities of Willowbeck, will be the warmth of our welcome and friendly companionship in this 'home from home''. . there can be no doubt that you will enjoy a wonderful stay. We offer 6 ensuite rooms, 2 of which are super-deluxe (larger with spacious ensuite including a corner bath & separate shower) and they all have lovely views overlooking our lake Each bedroom is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style with a flat-screen television, broadband connection, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. Our breakfasts are certainly worth getting out of bed for and are prepared from fresh local produce whenever possible. We will make every effort to accommodate individual dietary needs We also provide a superb dinner from a set menu, served around 7.30pm. If you wish to take dinner, you can let us know at breakfast, along with any dietary requirements you may have Dinner costs £25 per head. There is a large flat-screen television in the lounge, with DVD, Video players and a selection of board games and cards. Our boutique hotel nestles among mature willows, beech and oak and is situated close to Carlisle and M6, within easy travelling distance of the Lake District and Hadrian's Wall The large natural pond in front of the property provides a habitat for a huge variety of wildlife; regular visitors include kingfishers, heron and a variety of wild fowl. There is a local pub, village shop/post office and hairdresser in Scotby, as well as pubs and restaurants in neighbouring villages.
