Well-presented family-run Guest House with its own parking and large gardens. Ideally situated for walking, climbing and cycling (we are beside the C2C cycle route and have secure cycle storage). Substantial breakfasts are provided and packed lunches are available on request

We are totally non-smoking and pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Weekends - 2 nights bookings only accepted. Bank Holidays - 3 night bookings only accepted

Minimum child age 6 years.Arrival - you may check in any time after 4pm. Departure - you must check out by 10am

Cancellation Policy: a credit card is required to secure your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the first nights stay.
