From: £28.00 Briar Lea House is a large country house in its own grounds, in the northern regions of Cumbria. An ideal base for exploring the historic City of Carlisle, the Scottish borders, Gretna Green and Hadrians Wall. We are ideally placed for an overnight stop en-route to or from your destination Our heated swimming pool is available to our guests May-September. Our ground floor rooms are spacious and suitable for those less able. We can also accommodate a small or large family and the smaller wedding party We offer a choice of breakfast, with cereals or porridge, fruit juice, full cooked English .Eggs cooked as prefered on toast or beans on toast. A vegetarian option is also available ( the choice is there for you ) Tea coffee and toast is of course available in abundance! We offer our guests a warm and friendly service and aim to make them feel at home.Pets are welcome at £2.00 each Guests may check in between 3pm and 10 pm.
