Awarded a 4 Star rating by Visit Britain.Easy access to motorway M6 Junction 40. Popular spot to stop on the way to or from Scotland

Ideal base for visiting Lake District, Hadrians wall, or Centre Parcs. Residents bar with bar meals available each evening last orders for food at 8pm .

Packed lunches are available on request. Most major credit cards accepted ( 3% surcharge payable on account balances paid by credit card) All double and family rooms are spacious and have lovely views of our half acre of well tended garden and the countryside beyond.Well behaved dogs welcome

Children of all ages made very welcome.For comfort of all our guests all our bedrooms are non-smoking Safe parking for up to 10 vehicles within our grounds.We try that little bit harder to make sure you enjoy every aspect of your visit to us

There are no strangers here, only friends that we have not met Check in time is from 2pm onwards. Please let us know if you anticipate arriving later than 8pm or if you are held up along the way as can sometimes happen.We cannot accept arrivals later than 10pm unless prior arrangements have been made
