Situated on the outskirts of the historic market town of Chesterfield, we are just 8 miles from Sheffield and the surrounding Peak district national park.The Hotel itself boasts a 50 cover restaurant and a 110 cover function room.
A lift services all floors in the main building and of the 29 rooms in the annex, 17 are on the ground floor, with 2 specially adapted for wheelchair users.
All public areas in the hotel are on ground level with no steps for access required.We have a very large free car park with CCTV and a secure barrier, 24 hour reception and porterage if required.All of our tastefully decorated rooms are spacious, allowing plenty of work space for the businessman or room to manoeuvre for the young family.Rooms have wireless broadband, 14 channel TV, radio, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities.Smoking is not allowed in any areas of the hotel including bedrooms, although some of the bedrooms have easy access to covered verandas where ashtrays have been fitted.
Although availability cannot be guaranteed, if requested at the time of booking every effort will be made to allocate one of these rooms.Apart from guidedogs, dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms.

Leave M1 at Junction 29, take A617 towards Chesterfield.(approx 9 miles) At the first roundabout turn right on to A61signposted sheffield. continue straight on at second roundabout on the A61 at The 3rd roundabout take the third exit and continue on the A61 to sheffield. Take the first exit (approx 1 mile along) signposted Dronfield / Unstone at the end of the slip road turn right onto Sheffield road, the hotel is situated approximatly 200 yards on the left hand side.
