The charming farmhouse dates back to the 1800's and now offers 4 Star bed and breakfast accommodation. It combines olde worlde character, beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace with a comfortable, happy atmosphere

Barn Park Farm is ideally located between Honiton and Axminster and just 20 minutes drive from Lyme Regis. Guests staying can enjoy, by prior arrangement, the free use of our beach hut in Lyme Regis which also has free parking. We are also perfectly placed for badger watching, walking, horse or bike riding, sea fishing, sailing or exploring historic houses and National Trust gardens
