Welcome to Southcroft, a comfortable, spacious B&B in beautiful Sidmouth. Sidmouth is situated on the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, offering a wonderful base from which to explore this beautiful part of East Devon. Our double, twin, and family rooms are all ensuite, spacious and well equiped

Enjoy our home cooked Full English breakfast in our bright and spacious dining room. Vegetarians and special diets also catered for by request. We want all our guests to feel special and well cared for, as our many returning guests show

We are situated only a few minutes from "The Byes" a delightful riverside walk to the town centre and seafont, and are on the local bus route. Sidmouth is a unique and special place in a wonderful setting. Famous for its floral displays and gardens, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind

The town itself offers a wide variety of small individual shops, restaurants, pubs and tea-rooms. Walkers will enjoy the spectacular South West Coast path and also the many interesting walks inland. There is also a wide range of sporting activities on offer, with several fine golf courses in the area

For those of our guests with an interest in complimentary therapies, Reiki and Indian Head Massage are offered at discounted rates. Plenty of free on-road parking outside.

Directions:
Exeter|Air|8|Transportation by car is available by prior arrangement if you have no hire car. Honiton|Train|11|There is a connecting bus from Honiton station to Sidmouth. Ask the driver to let you off at Winslade Road. We are almost opposite the bus stop. Alternatively, pick up by car may be possible by prior arrangement. Exeter|Train|12|From Exeter St Davids station take a connecting bus to the bus station. Bus 52a and 52b serves Sidmouth. Ask the driver to put you off at Winslade Road. We are almost opposite the bus stop. Alternatively pick up by car may be possible by prior arrangement. M5|Road|11|Take junction 30 exit from the M5, signposted Exmouth, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis. At the 1st roundabout carry straight on along the A3052. As you approach Sidmouth, take the 2nd turnoff on your right, signposted Woolbrook Road. Follow this road staight into town, passing a fire and ambulance station on your left and going straight over two mini roundabouts to a T junction. Carry on, bearing right into town. We are almost opposite the next bus stop you see on your left. Honiton A303|Road|10|Take the 1st sliproad past Honiton (A303 now the A30 to Exeter). Follow the signs to Sidmouth, passing through Sidbury and Sidford. Continue straight over at the crossroads at Sidford into Sidmouth. As you approach town you will have a playing green on your right and traffic will be joining from a T junction on your right. Continue into town, and we are almost opposite the next bus stop on your left. Parking available just past the bus stop.
