The Moorings is personally supervised and run by its resident hosts Sam and Franca who believe that their well appointed rooms coupled with high standards of maintenance and cleanliness and that personal touch are what set the Moorings apart from larger hotels, which often lack the feel for what their customers want. The City of Plymouth has a multitude of interesting places to visit and attractions to see. The historic Barbican with its picturesque fishing harbour surrounded by cobbled streets and quaint buildings is the old part of Plymouth and here you will find some of plymouth finest restaurants which cater for every taste

Here in the Barbican you will also find attractions such as the National Marine Aquarium, the Barbican , the Mayflower Centre surrounded by a vast array of bars, cafes and antique, craft and gift shops. Start your day with a hearty breakfast selected from our extensive menu which is cooked to order and served in our pleasant.
