The Southbourne Villa has undergone considerable refurbishment over the last four years,resulting in quality guest accommodation offered on a bed and breakfast basis to guests.This charming and elegant detached 19th Century Victorian Villa is situated in a quiet conservation area,away from the busy main roads, yet near the English Riviera Conference and Leisure Centre.The ideal choice for both business and leisure guests who wish to avoid standard corporate accommodation.We have been recognised in Britains Best Bed and Breakfast Guide 2004,2005,2006,2007 and 2008 and graded as Four Star Guest Accommodation.Our prime considerations are guest comfort, relaxation and service. ( No under 14s)Come and see why so many of our guests return again and again.We offer our guests one and a half hours for breakfast so that they may enjoy a relaxing start to each day.For guests wishing an earlier departure we are happy to provide earlier breakfast times by prior arrangement.We have a relaxing open air Garden Hot Tub Spa ( Open from June until September ) for your enjoyment,heated to a constant 39 degrees surrounded by a sun deck,a large terrace with loungers,bistro tables and chairs and illuminated palm trees. A real sun trap.The newly refurbished reception, lounge and dining room are both elegant and stylish with sumptuous leather furnishings.We offer Free Wireless Broadband Internet Access in your room and throughout the villa should you wish to check your emails.Free car parking for all guests in our own private car park.PLEASE NOTE :Your accommodation account becomes payable in full on arrival.ARRIVAL TIMES.We only accept new arrivals between mid day and 9pm.If you fail to arrive by 9pm your reservation will be cancelled but you will be charged in full as a no show.
