THE M27 BECOMES THE A31 AFTER JUNCTION 1 AND IS SIGNPOSTED A31THEWESTBOURNEMOUTH.YOU NEED TO STAY ON THE A31 FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO AND A HALF MILES PASS THE RUFUS STONE SERVICESLITTLE CHEF ON YOUR LEFT. TAKE THE NEXT LEFT EMERY DOWN.GO OVER A CATTLE GRID AND FOLLOW ROAD FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES. THIS IS A FOREST ROAD WITH A 40 and 30 MPH LIMIT AND THERE MAY BE ANIMALS ON THE ROAD SO TAKE CARE. FOLLOW ROAD GOING STRAIGHT ON TOWARDS EMERY DOWN. PASS A PUB CALLED THE NEW FOREST INN' ON YOUR RIGHT STILL GOING STRAIGHT ON. FOLLOW ROAD AROUND TO THE RIGHT GOING UP AND THEN DOWN A HILL GO OVER A CATTLE GRID AND ARRIVE AT A T' JUNCTION WHICH IS FOR THE A35.TURN RIGHT ON TO THE A35 SIGNPOSTED CHRISTCHURCHNEW MILTON. (THE SWAN PUB IS OPPOSITE). STAY ON A35 FOR APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES IGNORING ANY SIGNS FOR NEW MILTON. AFTER 9 MILES THERE IS A HOTELCARVERY ON THE LEFT THE EAST CLOSE HOTEL.CARRY STRAIGHT ON AND APPROXIMATELY ONE MILE AFTER THE EAST CLOSE HOTEL IS A MAJOR STAGGERED JUNCTION THE LEFT HAND TURN IS SIGNPOSTED WALKFORD NEW MILTON AND LYMINGTON. TURN LEFT TOWARDS WALKFORD.FOLLOW ROAD INTO WALKFORD AND OVER THE PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC LIGHTS.
