The famous 1066 countryside is within easy reach and historic towns such as the Cinque Port of Rye and Battle are only a short journey away. Hastings and the surrounding 1066 countryside is full of things to see and do

The newly opened Hastings Blue Reef Aquarium, following a ?1m refurbishment, features a giant ocean tropical display with an amazing underwater walkthrough tunnel. The 109 acre Alexandra Park runs through the heart of Hastings and is home to huge variety of plants and trees. Hastings Adventure Golf has three 18 hole courses including a 'Florida' style course with 7 waterfalls and 13 fountains

Hastings County Park provides 660 acres of ancient woodland, heath land and grassland along with 5 km of spectacular cliffs and coastline, great for hikers and dog walkers.
