Accommodation Description:
Centrally Located two minutes from the Pier, Lanes Shopping area and 8 mins from Brighton conference centre. We are a period property with sunny, airy and bright rooms punctuated with splashes of colour. We are a simple, clean guesthouse offering what we feel to be value for money

Each room is simply furnished with luxury five star beds which we hope you will find incredibly comfortable, teacoffee making facilities, free Wifi, flatscreen digital Tvs and many other little extras. Some of the rooms offer a partial seaview and kitchenettes with mini fridges (no cooking!). Our aim is to offer you a pleasurable stay in a cosy, friendly and unpretentious atmosphere

Breakfast is cooked to order and is generally between 830 and 930 at weekends. On weekdays times may vary depending on general consensus of in house guests. Parking vouchers are available on request

We also provide an ironing service at no extra charge (please don't bring all your laundry!). Please note we do not take children under 14 or pets.

Directions:
Head for the Pier in Brighton. Once at the Pier roundabout turn left. Immediately after this you will come to a pedestrian crossing - just after this there is a small lane called Charles Street - take this turning and drive to the end. This will bring you to St James Street which is a one and you will be forced to take a right. Drive up St James Street until you reach Cafe Strength on the right. This is Broad Street. Please be aware we are at the sea end on the right hand side of Broad Street (there are two no1's).
