This lovely and clean licensed, family run guest house is in a great location situated between the central and south piers which is historically known as the golden mile of Blackpool . The large ensuite family rooms are great and dont forget childrens classification is up to and including 14 years.

Bob & Paula welcome all couples and families for a relaxing mid week break all through the season. Its a lovely, clean Licenced bed & breakfast and your hosts pride themselves on offering to help in anyway they can to insure you enjoy your stay with's booking restaurants etc.. just ask..

A packed lunch can be ordered the day prior for £5 per head but the local cafe's and pubs offer great value meals. All rooms are ensuite and have tea/coffee ( as much as you want ) facilities and televisions. The famous Pleasure beach and Sandcastle Waterpark are all a short walk away from this fabulously situated guest house.

If you have young children, the guest house is'nt to big , so it enable's parents to sit in the Bar and have a drink in the evening safe in the knowlede that its not to far from your room to check on the children.... perhaps bring your baby listening devices .. Dont forget childrens classification is up to and including 14 years ..
