The Comat is a small family-run guest house with comfortably furnished bedrooms, all en-suite, and totally non-smoking.
It is in a central location, close to shops and sea front, but in a quiet area.
It is ideal for both leisure and business travellers as not only is it in a seaside town it is also within easy reach of Grimsby, Immingham and the Humber Bank Industries.
Inspected annually by the AA it has been awarded a 4 star rating.
There are ground floor rooms for guests not able or not wishing to climb stairs.
