Accommodation Description:

Friendly, family run Bed & Breakfast, with one and two bedroomed Suites, each with a private lounge, for guests who prefer more room. Each lounge has tv and video, tea & coffee making facilities, ironing facilites. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order at flexible times.

Wifi and computer services available.

We are close to shops, parks, entertainment and the business centre. We are a short walk up the hill from the promenade by the Villa Marina. Please note that this is a fairly steep hill and therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties unless you have transport.

Each suite has a bathroom or shower room, and its own private lounge. It is great for families, where the children have their own bedroom, and parents can relax in their own lounge after children's bedtime. Equally, guests who have to work are well catered for, with free wi-fi in their own lounge to enable work to be done in private.

The suites are equipped with tv and video, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing facilities, hairdryer, and radio-alarm clock. We have a computer with broadband available in the communal area and also have a good stock of games, books and videos for guests to use. Breakfast is taken in the ground floor dining room.

We try to make breakfast times as flexible as possible. Breakfast is normally between 9 and 10 am, but cooked breakfast can be arranged between 7 and 9am or continental breakfast earlier if arranged the night before. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order, or for guests who prefer to stay in bed as long as possible, breakfast can be pre-ordered and ready when you come down to eat.

Breakfast consists of orange juice, a selection of cereals and fresh fruit, full English cooked breakfast with toast and preserves, tea, coffee or herbal teas. We will try and accommodate special diets, but would appreciate advance notification of requirements.
