The Bestwood Lodge Hotel is ideally located in the heart of Robin Hood Country. Once the former royal hunting estate of King Charles II and Nell Gwynn, this historical lodge is set in 700 acres of beautiful parkland, yet only 4 miles north of Nottingham city centre. 40 en-suite rooms, including six with 4-poster beds

All bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom, colour television, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, 24 hour room service and wireless internet facilities. Our Parkside restaurant overlooks Bestwood Country Park and offers a superb menu complemented by an excellent wine list. Or relax in our wood panelled foyer bar with its comfortable leather armchairs, serving fine wines, lagers, beers, spirits and liqueurs

Bar snacks are also available. We are an ideal conference venue for 2 to 200 delegates. Weddings and banqueting are a specialty

The hotel offers ample, secure FREE car parking. The hotel does not have a lift. However the hotel does have a stair lift to the first floor only

Directions:
From M1Leave M1 at Junction 26 and take the A610 to Nottingham. You will need to be in the left lane at the next roundabout where you will need to take the 2nd exit signed A6002A611 to Hucknall. At the next roundabout go straight on into Camberley Road. Go straight on at mini roundabout. At traffic lights with Morrisons supermarket in front of you turn left into Hucknall Lane. At mini roundabout turn right into Hucknall Road A611 you will now be travelling up and over a small bridge. At traffic lights go STRAIGHT ON in left lane. At next set of lights turn left in Bestwood Park Drive West. Keep going straight on this road until you see a sign telling you that you are in Arnold. Take the next left onto Bestwood Lodge Drive. Follow this road straight into the country Park which will lead you into our carparkFrom Nottingham CityFollow signs for A60 Mansfield you will eventually see Nottingham Volkswagen at a set of traffic lights this will be on your left. Turn left at the traffic lights then get into the lane on the right. Turn right at the traffic lights into Queens Bower Road. Take the 1st right onto Bestwood Lodge Drive. Follow this road straight into the country park which will lead you into our car park.
