Set in the north Essex countryside The White Horse Inn and Lodge at Ridgewell is ideally situated for the nearby attractions of the Colne Valley railway, the castle at Castle Hedingham, Gainsboroughs birthplace at Sudbury, historic Lavenham and Audley end house near Saffron Walden to mention but a few. The newly built Lodge accommodation at the rear of the pub offers five double rooms, two twin rooms and two family rooms. All rooms are spacious and light

All are en-suite. We have taken great care to ensure your stay is as comfortable as your own home. However, in line with recent regulations we do have a no smoking policy within the pub and lodge
