Racing Greens offers two freshly refurbished rooms, 4 star rated with a Silver award, they are tastefully presented with classic and contemporary touches. Bed & breakfast in a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere but with a 4 star Silver award for quality. The freshly refurbished rooms are tastefully presented, with a mix of classic and contemporary touches, and, with only two B&B rooms, you can enjoy an unrivalled level of personalised care and attention, in this prime location on Littlehampton's sea front. Racing Greens has also earned a VisitBritain Breakfast award with a wide range of breakfast options, and by tailoring them to individual tastes, can cater for a variety of special dietary needs.

This Victorian home, built in 1895 by the Duke of Norfolk, mixes old and new styles but comfort, cleanliness and service are timeless. The B&B offers either a double bedroom with queen-size (5ft) double bed: or our larger bedroom with superking size (6ft) double bed (this can also be a twin room with two singe beds) and super ensuite shower room. The rooms are bright, are WI-Fi enabled, and have TV with Freeview channels; refreshment trays; CD player, a range of complementary, thoughtful extras.

For 2010 we now include a mini-fridge. For those preferring more space and freedom therer are 2 individually styled self-catering apartments with their own access, lounge, double bedroom, bathroom, well equipped kitchen and garden or patio. Facilities also include central heating, Wi-Fi, freeview TVs.

Many comforts of home and thoughtful extras are included. The prices include bedding, gas and electricity and refreshmnet pack. Can sleep 1 to 5 depending on ages.

Facing Littlehampton’s Blue Flag beach, there are many local facilities near by. A superb range of cafes and restaurants (from the avant-garde to the traditional); the river with its marina, and varied leisure activities are just a few minutes walk. The area also offers a wonderful selection of places to visit for all ages and interests.
