Tania is a welcoming and friendly guest house, which offers an informal vibrant vibe, set in the traditional surroundings of an elegant Georgian home. Tania is arguably Edinburgh's most established guest house. It has been run by the same family for over 30 years.

We have a variety of accommodation to suit all budgets, with a range of standard and en-suite rooms. All of our rooms have been newly refurbished to a high and contemporary standard with bright decor, flat screen televisions, thermostatic heating and a hospitality tray featuring all of your favourite brands,Nescafe coffee and Tetley tea, none of the dreaded made for hotel brands insight. There is free Wi-Fi access for all of our guests to use.

We provide a full freshly cooked Scottish breakfast. Vegetarians are catered for on request. There is a payphone available on the premises.

We provide car parking for 4 cars. There is free off street parking nearby. We offer secure storage for bicycles.

Tania who is the main resident proprietor uses her extensive knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry to deliver the highest possible standard to all guests. Tania spent 9 years working within the corporate travel world before taking the business over from her parents in 2008.
