Alba Hills Guest House is an elegant Victorian house in the leafy area of Edinburgh. The house itself dates back to 1862 and maintains much of its original character capturing the grandeur of the Victorian period and keeping many original and stunning features such as beautiful ornate ceilings. We are a family run Guest House and offer a really friendly and welcoming hospitality.

Situated on a main corridor into the city centre a 5 - 10 minute bus trip or 15 - 20 minute walk will have you within easy access to all of Edinburgh s fine attractions including Edinburgh Castle Holyrood Palace Scottish Parliament Princes Street and the bustling City Centre. There are bars shops restaurants and swimming/fitness centres within a few minutes the Guest House. There are also many fine walks with stunning views of the city within easy reach.

Our rooms are spacious bright clean comfortable and some of them with stunning views of the famous Arthur's Seat. All our rooms are en suite or with private facilities. As standard they all include television with freeview hairdryer alarm clock and tea/coffee making facilities.

We have wireless connection trough the property for the guest to keep connected and free of charge. Each morning guests can start their day by enjoying a hot breakfast in the comfortable dining room. Our menu offers a cold buffet for continental breakfast and/or a cooked to order breakfast where you can choose your ingredients.

We cater for any special dietary requirements. Our staff will receive and make you feel at home and can help you with any enquires about Edinburgh and Scotland in different languages including English Arab Spanish French Portuguese Free car parking available. Free wireless on all rooms.

High chair and cot available. Pack lunches available on request. Continental and hot breakfast every morning.
