Accommodation Description:

Welcome to the Old Smiddy Cottage - our home from home traditional stone built country cottage which is full of charm and character. We are located in beautiful countryside surrounded by fields and woods 10 miles NE of Perth. We have a large fenced garden and patio with BBQ.

We are flexible to your needs and happy for you to use our country kitchen with AGA for tea or coffee and for a carry out or for heating up a meal in the evening. Come and stay a while. Kinclaven is centrally located with a good road network giving easy access on day visits to many of Scotland's famous tourist sites.

Much better than unpacking and packing every day! Enjoy our healthy breakfast with fruit juice porridge or muesli fruit home made yoghurt home made bread and preserves and fresh eggs from our hens. Children love collecting their own eggs for breakfast. Well behaved pets are welcome.
