We have a fine dining restaurant for that memorable dining experience, with an excellent team of award winning chefs - including the Juinor Chef of Wales finalist who was awarded silver in the 0809 competition, and the previous Head Chef of Rutin Castle who was recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes. Also no meal is complete without our selection of finest wines and Champagnes, includinfg Crystal If its a more relaxed atmosphere you are looking for we have our MadHatters Brassiere - taken fron the Lewis Carrol story of Alice In Wonderland, which was written here on the West Shore. This is an elegant yet comfortable environment to enjoy a delicious meal from a variety of menus, including afternoon tea, or even just a relaxing drink from our well stocked bar.We are in the process of refurbishing the whole place, and look forward to binging it up to a 5 Restaurant with Rooms Accommodation Rating: 3*G (about ratings) Facilities
