Attractive Edwardian Guest House (Family Friendly) graded 3 Star by Visit Wales centrally located in one of Llandudnos most beautiful and quiet areas. Agar House is a short walk from the towns shopping areas, promenade, theatre, restaurants and beaches. WIFI INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE

Friendly and helpful owners offering local knowledge of the area. Family rooms available and children are welcome (Cot provided if needed). Accredited with a Silver Welsh Food Hygiene Award November 2006 and recommended Rough Guide to Wales

High standards of decoration and cleanliness throughout. 6 Guest bedrooms all centrally heated and comfortably furnished with hospitality tray, towels and toiletries and colour television. Delicious full cooked breakfast ( including yoghurt, cereals, fresh fruit, juice etc )served in dining room overlooking our lovely front garden

WHEN BOOKING PLEASE STATE YOUR APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME. Minimum stay 2 nights at peak times and bank holidays and Summer months although 1 night may be available through inquiry (see notes on rooms below ). All our rooms have individual keys allowing for 24 hour access

Check in time is 1.00 pm and check out time is 10.00 am

Arrival after 8.00 pm by arrangement. Credit and Debit cards accepted - small additional charge for processing

Directions:
From the A55 take the A470 signposted Llandudno which leads directly into the town. As you pass Asda on your left take the left lane and turn left after the Zebra crossing into Vaughan Street which then bears right and passes the Railway Station on your left and leads to Traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn left into Trinity Avenue and St Davids Road is the 4th Right.If travelling from Colwyn Bay on the old coast road A546 then follow the road into town along the main promenade and turn left into St Georges Place which leads straight on into Lloyd Street and St Davids road is a left turn towards the end of Lloyd Street.
