Enjoy the many attractions on site with some lovely circular walks taking you through fields and woodland with commanding views over the Iron Age Fort remains and open countryside to the sea beyond. The owner who lives on site (privacy assured) is also keen to show guests the various farming activities he is involved in including lambing and can also provide a history tour of the site and surrounding area.
In the evenings there is a games area with pool table and air hockey. The village Inn at Week St Mary is a short stroll whilst some of the most popular surfing beaches in Cornwall are close by and sheltered coves are a short drive. The area is famed for its natural beauty and stunning coastline with dramatic walks along the North coast.
There are also plenty of attractions to suit all tastes including Bude (with its canal and Splashpool) Launceston Steam Railway Tintagel (steeped in its Arthurian Legends) The Big Sheep and The Milky Way to name but a few. Relax in the enclosed lawn areas with seating and enjoy the animals in the adjacent fields. The property is furnished and equipped to a very nice standard and retains much of its original charm and character dating back centuries.
