TERRACED COTTAGE POSITIONED NEAR THE HEART OF THE TOWN Stonechat Cottage was formerly an old fisherman’s cottage positioned in a small cul-de-sac just off the main high street of the Cornish town of Bude. The seaside town has lots to offer with its many popular surfing beaches boating canal leisure centre golf course and much more all within a short walk. Out and about there are many local attractions from adventure parks to National Trust properties.

Also enjoy the dramatic south west coastal path and gardens offering something for everyone. The cottage has been completely redecorated in a modern yet cottage country feel. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin and 1 double both with fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom: downstairs with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: cosy with TV DVD hi-fi and woodburner effect electric. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven fridge microwave and many handy extras.

Utility room: with washing machine and freezer. Outside: small garden with patio and grassed area with furniture and BBQ accessed via a few steps. Amenities: garage parking for 1 small car and roadside parking for 1 other.
