RECENT CUSTOMER REVIEWS

In a superb location set on the rivers edge, a tranquil location made even more beautiful by the sound of nature all around. The neighbouring farm animals were very nice neighbours to have around, seeing the ducks and swans up on the river was a wonderful sight. Had a fantastic stay and are already planning our next holiday at the site. A Star.

Peaceful surroundings, close proximity to the river. All we could hear was the trickling of water in the river, wind in the trees and bird song.

Very relaxing and plenty of local interest to enjoy. River Clun, ducks and bird life (well their songs) helped in the relaxation.

Had fresh air, peacefulness and quiet with no noisy revelers to spoil the tranquility of the site. I think the lodge had sound proofing, as no noise could be heard from adjacent lodges which made this ideal for us. Most places of interest were easy to get to with well marked directions. I myself enjoyed sitting out on the decking area with my refreshments, no matter what time of day you always had the sun to keep any chills away.

Superb!
The lodge is beautiful. It's is immaculate ! Great facilities spacious. Glorious spot. The lodge overlooks the river and fields allowing view and wildlife. View a variety of birds, rabbits, fixes, possible otter, kingfisher! The lodge has a gorgeous log burner and eat tv and DVD player for cosy nights. Sit on the decking and willow away the hours with drink. 5 minute walk to the local pub that has the most friendliest people I've met and GREAT food. Amazing place!
