HILLSIDE POSITION WITH VIEW OVER THE VALLEY

Beautifully situated on a hillside high above the attractive Highland Perthshire town of Aberfeldy, this delightful semi-detached cottage enjoys panoramic views over the historic Birks of Aberfeldy and the Tay Valley. Aberfeldy (1 mile) has excellent shops, pubs, restaurants and visitor attractions. Pitlochry, home to the renowned Festival Theatre, is 15 miles away and Perth is less than an hour's drive.

Walking, cycling, climbing, golf, angling, water sports, sailing, riding and off road driving are all available. In the geographical centre of Scotland, this is the ideal base for touring on scenic roads.

Offering a delightful blend of modern convenience with traditional charm, this cottage offers ONE bedroom: 1 twin with shower enclosure.

Bathroom: separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: well-appointed living area with open fire, TV, FreeSat and CD player. Kitchen area: electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Outside: garden area with patio and garden furniture. Private path leads down to the spectacular falls and woodlands of the Birks. Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric, heating and initial supply of solid fuel included.

1 dog welcome. (Please note: pets not allowed upstairs.) Regret no smoking.

Additional info: short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate. Ryder Cup 2014 - rentals commence 20th September 2014 for 9 nights at a supplement of 100% of the weekly price displayed. Location: shops and pubs 1 mile.
