The estate facilities are excellent and are for the exclusive use of residents. The leisure centre houses a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a lofty games hall with a pool table and table tennis. Outside, a sun terrace and communal BBQ area, two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed children's play area. Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach is a short walk down the hill.
