Mercat Cottage is an all ground floor cottage, part of Cockenzie House and Gardens. The cottage sleeps six people in two bedrooms which are a king-size double and a twin room with a sofa bed in the living area. There is also a separate shower room and a basin and WC.

Completing the accommodation is an open plan living area with a kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside guests have use of the shared formal gardens and there is a private patio area. Off road parking for two cars is also available.
