There's also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and outside, there is off-road parking and boat parking. There's a spacious decked area and a lawned area leading to the dock.

Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property.

You can find a shop in less than 2 miles and a pub in less than 1 miles. Note: Due to the dockside location of the property, children and pets must be supervised at all times. Byewater is a superb choice for a waterside break on the Isle of Wight.
