The proprietors would like to offer you a warm welcome to The Silverwell guest house. The hotel has 14 bedrooms and a licensed hotel ideally situated just yards from Morecambe's beach, which offers panoramic views of the open sea and mountains. In addition, you cannot fail to be mesmerised by our sunsets, which are said to be one of the world's more dramatic sights.

Our hotel's bar lounge offers a wide range of lagers, bitters, spirits and fine wines, all served in a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Perfect for socialising with other guests, or simply to enjoy a quiet drink by yourself. Reasonably priced bar snacks are also available.

Our attractive, bright and airy dining room offers a tempting menu of substantial, quality meals. Silverwell searches out locally produced meat and vegetables and is happy to claim all our main meals contain 100% locally produced ingredients, with our lamb and beef being organic approved. Morecambe is an ideal touring resort for the lake district, Yorkshire dales and other areas of great natural beauty.

Our hotel is only one hour from Blackpool Pleasure Beach & the famous illuminations, and only 5 miles from the historic city of Lancaster. Just a short walk brings you to the seafront with all the entertainment it has to offer, including Superbowl and the Apollo four screen cinema.
