Set in a secluded area on the Somerset; Dorset and Devon borders; we are perfectly situated for either a stop-over break on the journey to Devon and Cornwall or as a base for your holiday in the heart of the West Country. Lyme Regis; Seaton; Beer and Sidmouth are all within about 30 minutes drive. Chard town prides itself on its ancient history ; many beautiful buildings and its two famous rivers.
Our Olde Worlde lounge bar; with its comfortable seating and real log fire; has a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Good quality local produce cooked well is the essence of our kitchen. Restaurant menu and bar meals are available 7 evenings a week with a very popular Sunday Lunch .The breakfast is really good too!
We are a home from home and have plenty of free parking for guests.
