From: £59.90 Dating back to 1659, The White Hart is located in one of Wiltshires oldest market towns, Calne. The existing hotel was originally known as an inn called the Hart, which occupied the south-west corner of the Green - where the pool room is situated. The whole of this building was rebuilt between the 17th and 19th centuries In the 18th century the west end, the corner of the Green and the London road, was known as the White Hart - where the main entrance and bar is now situated.All 15 rooms are en-suite. Bar, eating area, function rooms (one with private bar and DJ booth), all surrounding a central courtyard We are ideally situated for visiting local historic places of interest including Avebury, Lacock and Devizes.We try to host live music most weekends and support the community in allowing our function rooms to be used for music rehearsals during the week, this music normally ends at 22.30 Our eating area is primarily used as a breakfast room but guests can eat here in the evening or the bar area. Our menu is small and basic but will be home cooked and locally sourced where possibly. We have a well supported quiz evening on a Wednesday Accommodation Rating: NC Self assessed Facilities
