The Glengower offers relaxing and affordable B&B style accommodation with a friendly and popular public bar which serves homemade pub-food 7 days a week including a delicious Sunday roast. Its picturesque location on the promenade means that it enjoys stunning views of Cardigan Bay and is only a stones throw (literally!) from the beach

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and is ideal for family and friends visiting students at the near-by Aberystwyth University.The hotel has 15 en-suite rooms which offer clean, warm and comfortable accommodation at affordable prices. A number of the rooms have a sea view over looking the beautiful Cardigian Bay

PARKINGParking is available offsite right infront of the hotel. Parking is free but it is public therefore it can get busy at times and also vehicle owners park at their own risk.DIRECTIONSApproaching from AberaeronLlanrhystudSouth Wales on A487; on entering Aberystwyth you will come to a roundabout surrounded by playing fields take the first exit off this roundabout. Continue on this road for about a mile after which you will pass the fire station and then over a bridge entering the town centre. Continue straight on until you reach a square with a clock tower in the middle you need to turn left onto Pier Street that runs off the square down to the pier and promenade. Once you arrive at the pier and seafront follow the road round to the right and continue along the seafront towards constitution hill and you will see the Glengower Hotel on your right.Approaching from LlangurigMid Wales on A44; on entering Aberystwyth you will meet a Shell petrol station and a roundabout shortly afterwards. Take the first exit from this and you will immediately meet another roundabout please take the second exit from this. Continue along this road going straight over at the roundabout by the car garages until you meet a T-junction. Turn left at this junction then immediately right. Follow this road until you get the seafront. Once at the seafront turn right and the Glengower Hotel is a little further along on the right.Approaching from MachynllethDolgellauNorth Wales on A487; on entering Aberystwyth you will be travelling down a big hill and you will pass the University and Hospital buildings on your left. At the bottom of the hill you will meet a pub- The Coopers Arms at this pub turn right into North Road. Follow this road until you get the seafront. Once at the seafront turn right and the Glengower Hotel is a little further along on the right.
