The unspoilt southern coast of Cornwall is also just a short drive from your doorstep with numerous coves and picturesque fishing villages as well as the home of the Eden Project proclaimed as the Eighth wonder. You will also be close to Tamar Otter and Wildlife Park and Launceston Steam Railway.

Converted to the highest of standards this annexe offer TWO bedroom: 1 double and 1 twin on the first floor. Bathroom: situated just off the lounge luxurious with ample room to relax and unwind in the bath with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: located on the split level ground floor with woodburner leather sofas TV DVD and Freeview.

Kitchen: reached via 3 steps and custom built to fit in with the character of the property with electric cooker dishwasher large fridge and freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: shared enclosed garden with private BBQ area to enjoy a relaxing warm Cornish evenings watching the sunset across the valley. Amenities: ample off-road parking available.

Bed linen electric central heating and first basket of logs included. Regret no smoking. 1 medium size dog by arrangement (only allowed downstairs stairgate provided).
