The barn was so homely. The swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic. The owners were the nicest people you could meet. The village pub was lovely, and the people were friendly and the food was good. It was great in all ways.

Felt so at home - loved it all, the pool was lovely, warm, so relaxing and spotless as well. Fresh flowers and a local paper supplied on top of everything else. Really want to go back again to enjoy the area, patio and BBQ more.

We liked the log and coal fire, swimming pool and the hot tub. Views were also good. Walking distance to the local pubs, Seamer was a nice village with easy access to beaches and surrounding areas.

Being able to return to the cottage for a swim or use the hot tub after a day out. The lounge was very spacious and comfortable for relaxing in the evening. The location being only 4 miles away from Scarborough's sandy beaches was ideal with two dogs.

The cottage was a home from home with very good facilities. We particularly enjoyed the warm pool , hot tub and outdoor space. The children also enjoyed watching the chickens. The owners were friendly and welcoming.

Private use of the swimming pool and hot tub were crucial factors in booking this holiday. In fact we have provisionally booked for 2016 as the cottage was already booked for 2015. The cottage was located in east reach of all numerous local attractions, making this a great base for a family holiday.
Mrs Angela Carney, Mexborough, South Yorkshire

We love Westfield Barn, this was our 3rd but certainly not our last visit. Having your own pool and hot tub gives you a week of complete relaxation, the owners are always there if needed but never intrude. We took a friend with us for the weekend and as she walked around we were counting the "wows." The dogs are always welcome and the garden is secure for them with the added bonus of a great paddock for them to have a run in. The area is full of places to visit, lovely places to eat and there is a great little supermarket in the village.
Mr Christopher Newcombe, Derby, Derbyshire
May 2015

The holiday overall was excellent, but the hot tub & pool totally sealed the deal with hours of fun and entertainment. Would definitely give it 5 Stars and hope to return at some point in the future.

Westfield Barn is lovely place to stay for all. We all loved having our own pool and also the hot tub. For the evening a real fire was fab. The place was made very comfy and was spot on. The village was an easy walk for the pub, chippy and was a 5min ride for Chinese food and a playground area for children was also in the village. We will be back. LOVED IT.
