Perched on the riverside, Park View Mill is a fabulous, end-terrace mill conversion, situated beneath the Ingleton Viaduct and a short walk from the centre of Ingleton, a village nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The cottage is set over three floors and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. On the first floor are two twin rooms and a king-size double room with an en-suite and a Juliette balcony overlooking the river. On the second floor is a double room with an en-suite and an electric fire. There is also a family bathroom on the first floor and at ground floor level, an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area leading to a balcony over the river, where you can enjoy breakfast! There is a second sitting room and outside, off road parking for two cars. With great walking trails nearby, including the Ingleton Waterfall Trail, Park View Mill is a splendid destination for a Yorkshire getaway.

Family holiday
We have now visited in twice in the last few years. The cottage is large enough for 6 adults, A teen and a baby with room to spare because lets face it no one wants to be getting under everyone's feet all the time. Bedding was once again clean and fresh and the place was spotless. Washing facilities are a requirement when you are on a walking holiday. And the cottage didn't fail to impress. Very large washer and dryer available and ironing equipment. Bathrooms are all clean and the showers are super easy to use. Towels were also provided in each bedroom which were fresh and clean also. So central in ingleton that everything you could want is a less than 5 min walk. Easy access to other areas if you have a car as only a short journey. Bethan golf club was a highlight for the men and us girls enjoyed the 30 min drive to shop in Skipton. The waterfall walk in on the doorstep and the Yorkshire peaks are so close it would have been rude not to climb them. :) As we went during the bank holiday weekend it was really hard to get a table for so many of us so we would recommend booking in advance. The owner was fab and communication was super easy. Would definitely recommend for large families seeking an outdoor adventure.

Lovely cottage
We stayed at park view mill cottage for a family weekend break and had a lovely time. The cottage was spotlessly clean with ample room for the 7 of us. The views from the lounge and family bedroom were beautiful overlooking the river, the garden area patio would be lovely to sit and have breakfast or a evening drink in summer. The owner was most helpful sorting us out with a high chair at the last minute. The cottage is very near to the waterfall walks and village centre .We would certainly book again when visiting Singleton .
