Amazing Lodge
We have just returned from Sunny Corner lodge and it has been a lovely relaxing week. The lodge has everything you need and more. Great loaction on the park as it situated in front of the woods so it's great if you have a dog like we do for walks. Short walk from the lake which you can see from the front of the lodge. The club house on site was a little busy at the weekend but ease off during the week which served nice food and drink. The only down side to the site is it is very dark at night as there are no lights along the lodges when you are walking back from the club house could cause a problem if you haven't got a touch with you. The site is well situated between Windermere, Bowness and Ambleside. You can get a taxi if you didn't fancy walking for as little as ?7 each way for 4 people which is cheaper than the bus as the bus is ?3.50 per person each way. We would definitely return to this lodge.

Ideal break away
Situated in a lovely site near the Lakes, ideal for a break away went with our two dogs who are welcome at the lodge. Unfortunately we arrived late at the site we were lost it took us quite some time to find the lodge, it could do with a little more light as it was in complete darkness when we arrived. Fully equipped with all utensils you will ever need, and location wise fantastic, would have liked to stay longer.

Everything about the log cabin was perfect. A lovely place to stay.

Sunny Corner Lodge was warm, comfortable and welcoming. It was a fantastic location for visiting the tourist attractions or taking in the breathtaking hills. At the end of the day, sitting out on the large decked area was a great way to unwind.
