wonderful place for whole family
We absolutely LOVED this place! We were greeted with a warm welcome when we arrived (and a delicious chocolate cake made by the Owners daughter) We came to stay for my partners birthday and brought the extended family, a 4 year old and 2 small dogs, the whole house was perfect, it siuted everyone from the quiet snug at the back to the childrens playroom/sun lounge and perfect communal kitchen. I would recommend this 100% it's only a short drive from amenities (and Tesco will do home delivery to it so that takes the hassle out of taking food with you) and there are so many beautiful walk/bike rides of varying distances again only a short drive in any direction. The whole family had a wonderful time, this house was perfect

A peaceful setting and a very extensive and well kept cottage with very friendly, helpful owners who remained discreet. There was plenty of parking space. There was lots to do both locally and farther afield, it was perfect for a group of friends. The whole idea of a cottage holiday was achieved, and we were sad to leave.

We had a great week at the house. Overall a fantastic property with everything needed and more. The master bedroom is amazing, in fact the whole house is amazing. The piano and the pool table were particularly welcome additions!

We loved everything. Everything in the house is of the finest quality, from furniture to bathroom fittings to the amazing kitchen with marble-topped work surfaces. Every bedroom is different and beautifully decorated, with loads of wardrobe space and comfortable beds and the bathrooms are elegant as well as functional. Our group of 4 has rented homes all over Europe and this is one of the best we've ever had. We had a really lovely week and hope to return in the not too distant future.
