This delightful, detached holiday property, overlooking Lake Windermere on the Graythwaite Estate in Cumbria, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Cat Crag is a lovely, detached holiday home set on the Graythwaite Estate, in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Overlooking Lake Windermere, this delightful cottage sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms. There's also a ground floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, a kitchen, a utility room, a dining room with an electric fire and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is ample off road parking along with a front lawned garden. There's also excellent on-site facilities to enjoy including a swimming pool, gym and play area. Guests can also enjoy fishing on-site, or take advantage of the range of offers and activities provided by the estate. Cat Crag is an excellent holiday home in a beautiful location.


What a fantastic place if you want a perfect, quiet place to stay. It was wonderful for dogs and was without doubt the best holiday my dogs have ever had. There was wildlife all around. Would love to go back and wish I could have taken the cottage back home. It was very clean with everything you need.

Shared use of estate grounds and facilities 20 mins walk, inc. indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis room, children's play area, fitness suite and 2.5-acre trout fishing lake. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. Note: Fitness suite charged at ?20/guest/week (?15 for short breaks), payable on site. Note: Pool open 8.45am _ 7.30pm daily with shower, 2 x WC and limited changing facilities. Note: Licence required for fishing, equipment can be hired locally, fishing FOC unless catch is made, then small fee applicable. Note: There are three steps leading down to the family bathroom.
