Rose Patch Cottage is a spacious, semi-detached cottage located in the centre of the popular town of Keswick in The Lake District, and offers accommodation over three floors. The cottage can sleep eleven people in five bedrooms comprising three first floor double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower, basin and WC, and two with basin, one second floor family bedroom with double bed, single bed and en-suite shower, basin and WC, and one second floor twin bedroom. There is also a main bathroom on the first floor with bath, basin and WC. On the ground floor, the accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen, sitting room with gas stove, a dining room and a cloakroom with WC and basin. Outside the cottage, guests have access to a front gravelled terrace with furniture and there are three parking permits for the car park, just two or three minutes' walk away (refundable ?150 deposit required, paid directly to owner). Rose Patch Cottage is ideally located for all the amenities of Keswick, beautiful Derwentwater which offers boat trips, and wonderful walks.
