The property was fantastic. It is located in a great location with easy access to attractions. The flat itself was great all that we needed and more. It was very clean and tidy. The appliances and kitchen wear was of a very high standard and finishing throughout the property was again to a high standard.

Fabluous holiday cottage to which we WILL go back to again and again. The cottage was incredibly clean, well stocked and the towels (so soft, fluffy) and bedding were all new. The furnishings and floors were in great condition. The location couldn't have been better -- easy walk into Ambleside or Waterhead (for the ferry) and the bus stop is right outside. It was a beautiful location from which to set out on a morning run or bike ride in addition to walks anywhere. There were even roman ruins right across the way. Moreover, the owner was so kind to work with. Highly recommend staying in this cottage if you are looking for a place in or around Ambleside.
