It is an idyllic location overlooking the beautiful village church of St Swithin's along with glorious views to open countryside. The property dates back to the 1600s and has many period features including the original beams, flagstone floors and inglenook fireplace.
Internally, there is a living room with a log burner, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs there is one master bedroom housing a double and a single bed, with an en suite bathroom and WC, two double bedrooms and one king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom and WC. Outside has a large patio and landscaped garden area with furniture provided.
Off road parking is available for four cars. Elmhurst Cottage is in the perfect place to stay in order to access many of Warwickshire's finest sights.

Perfect home from home
As a group of friends/family, we try to get away together a couple of times a year. This house was perfect. Sandra-the owner- couldn?t have been more hospitable. A delicious lemon drizzle cake, Prosecco and chocolates awaited us along with a basket full of firewood for the log burner. The cottage is cosy and very well equipped. Everything you needed and more. Beautiful garden and outdoor furniture and as the weather was beautiful, we were able to make some use of the outside. The surrounding area is so picturesque too. I would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you
