Ley Park is a detached house less than a mile by footpath from the Devon beach of Welcombe Mouth. The house sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, three double, two with en suite, and a twin. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining room/second living room, kitchen with sofa and a utility room.
Outside is an enclosed garden with patio and barbecue and a grassy area for ball games. A mile from the good pub in the hamlet of Welcombe, Ley Park is a smashing family house for a holiday in Devon.

Absolutely ideal for a family
This was the first real family holiday in the Uk for years with both our children and one partner and two offspring. The house is immaculate and a big surprise was the table laden with welcome goodies, scones, cakes , wine and juices. The bedrooms are fine with lovely views over the cliffs to the sea. The grounds were fantastic and the little boys had great fun running through the gardens and field next door. Two Tvs is a bonus and the wood burning stove was a great asset on chilly nights.
We will go back as soon as we can.
