The Small House is a traditional Cotswold cottage resting near Bourton-on-the-Water in Gloucestershire and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

There are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The bathroom features a free-standing bath, a handheld shower, a basin, and a WC. There is also a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC.

Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, electric oven, halogen hob, AGA, washing machine and dishwasher. Dining room.

The sitting room has an open fire. Central heating is provided by oil, with an open fire in the sitting room. There is WiFi and a Smart TV.

Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for woodburning stoves and open fires are included in the rent. There is off-road parking for three cars, with additional parking available on the roadside. Large back garden with patio, log burners, grill, furniture, and lawn.

We welcome two small, well-behaved dogs. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 2 miles away, and the nearest pub is 200 yard away.
