Norman House, Lincoln
Travel Information and nearby accommodation
A lovely old Norman building, one of the oldest in the country originally built for habitation. Norman House was built in the late 12th century, and was thought for many years to have been the home of the wealthy Jewish financier, Aaron of Lincoln. This is now thought to be unlikely. The building is now occupied by a shop.
