It is situated in tranquil Devonshire scenery but a short distance from access to the West Country's main trunk route.The 450 acre farm is steeped with historic connections to Sir Walter Raleigh's expeditions and also offers 75 acres of woodland with an abundance of wildlife.

Nearby Roadford Lake offers fishing and watersports and the magnificent Dartmoor Tors provide unrivalled views with pony trekking opportunities. The barn is surrounded by other beauty spots such as Lydford Gorge Okehampton Castle with a wealth of gardens to enjoy especially in the Spring and many local pubs and restaurants serving good food. Games room: "The roundhouse" a converted barn with indoor table tennis and cosy seating is perfect for just relaxing and taking in the breathtaking views across the surrounding countryside.
